The AA is made with the ancestral method, using Xarel-Lo, Parellada, Moscatel, Ull de Llebre on clayey-calcareous soils. Hand picked grapes. Directly pressed, then fermenting in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. It finishes the fermentation in the bottle, on the lees for a minimum of 10 months.
