EU Shipping & delivery information
ORDERS & DELIVERIES WITHIN THE EU (EXCEPT FOR SWEDEN)
Whilst browsing the online store the prices you will see are excl. VAT. Once you filled the basket the VAT from the country your ordering to will be added upon your total. Payments are easily done via Bank Transfer, Credit & debit cards, Paypal or Invoice directly via the website. All wire transfer costs are to be paid on by the purchaser.
SHIPPING
Shipping services are available every month on Mondays – Fridays. We ship a minimum of 12 bottles to motivate delivery. All our Wines are packed in Total Safe Pack Wine Boxes to insure that your wines make it safely to you.
We ship all our wines with DHL. That provides you with a tracking number that will be sent to your email address, so that you easily can track your parcel on its journey to your doorstep.
Reclaims & returns information
If something were to happen to your parcel – wines are either missing or damaged you have the right to reclaim.
Your within your right to return the order 14 days from the day your parcel is ordered/dispatched. If the Parcel has already left the storage you need to receive the parcel and return it to Lundgren Wines in Mallorca Spain, you are responsible for shipping costs back. It is important that the parcel is shipped back unopened In the original condition. Please contact us before you decide to reclaim, we will provide you with a reclaim number.
